Working with Living Images Design Ltd:

Living Images creates bespoke albums for private clients, families and professional commissions. Each project is approached individually, with the scope, scale and level of curation agreed before work begins.

Once the nature of the project is understood, Claire will advise on the most appropriate album size, materials, finish and process.

Projects may include photographs, letters, emails, press cuttings, handwritten notes, artwork, tickets and other personal material. Where helpful, Claire can liaise with family members, PAs, colleagues, family offices or trusted representatives.

As each album is bespoke, pricing is confirmed according to the size of the album, the volume of material, the level of curation required and any additional copies, presentation boxes or specialist finishing.

Payment is usually made in two stages: 50% on commencement and 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital proofs are supplied during the design process so that each spread can be reviewed before the album is approved for making. Revisions are included within the agreed scope of the project. If the direction, scale or volume of work changes significantly, revised costings will be discussed.

Claire offers personal delivery in London where possible, with trusted courier arrangements for clients elsewhere in the UK and overseas. Any delivery costs are discussed and agreed in advance.

Confidentiality and discretion:

Many Living Images projects include private family material, personal correspondence, sensitive memories or professional information not intended for public view.

All material shared with Living Images is handled with care and discretion.

Claire is happy to work under a non-disclosure agreement where required.

Client material is used only for the purpose of creating the agreed commission and is not shared publicly without permission.

Privacy:

Living Images collects only the personal information needed to respond to enquiries and manage client commissions.

This may include your name, email address, correspondence, project details, delivery information and any personal material you choose to share as part of a commission.

This information is used to:
– respond to enquiries
– discuss and manage commissions
– prepare estimates and invoices o create, proof, produce and deliver albums
– liaise with trusted representatives or suppliers where necessary
– meet legal, accounting and administrative obligations.

Personal information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Where necessary, information may be shared with trusted service providers involved in the running of the business or completion of a commission, such as email, hosting, accounting, album production or courier services.

Client material is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the commission, manage follow-up requirements or meet legal and accounting obligations.
